HYROX Physiotherapy

A full-body movement and performance assessment for Hyrox athletes. Identify imbalances, weaknesses, and mobility limits that could affect your training or race. Your physio will create a tailored plan to optimize performance and prevent injury.

HYROX Chiropractic

A detailed evaluation to pinpoint restrictions that may limit your performance focusing on improving mobility, alignment, and recovery so you can move at your best during training and on race day.

HYROX Registered Massage Therapy

Deep, targeted, and restorative. Release tight muscles, recover faster, and reduce post-training soreness. Ideal for pre-event prep or post-race recovery.

HYROX Fascial Stretch Therapy

Focuses on lengthening and releasing the fascia to improve flexibility, range, and movement efficiency. This Fascial Stretch Therapy session is performed by a Registered kinesiologist. NOTE: FST is NOT covered by insurance

HYROX Acupuncture

Reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and calm overworked muscles. For Hyrox athletes, it’s a powerful tool for managing pain, enhancing performance, and accelerating recovery.

HYROX Cupping

Release deep muscle tension, improve circulation, and speed up recovery. Reduce soreness and restore mobility. Ideal treatment during high-intensity training blocks or post-event recovery.
