We have TWO locations and some therapists work at both.

Please note that ONLY residents and office workers of Burrard Place are eligible to book at this location. If you do not live or work here, please click here to book at our main location in South Granville, Vancouver.

If you show up to the wrong location you will still be liable to pay for your appointment.

What to expect for your first visit at our Burrard Place location

  • Use your card/fob to access Club One on level 7.
  • Check in at reception with one of the Club One concierges.
  • They will walk you to the Spa area for your treatment.
  • Take a seat in the waiting area and your therapist will be out to get you when it’s time for your appointment.

Our Billing Process for our Burrard Place location

We record your insurance and billing information before your appointment.

At this location, it will be required for you to save your credit card information on file for billing purposes. Please record your information on your intake form or give us a call at 604-742-3688 prior to your appointment. If it is a last minute appointment, the therapist can also help you with this at the time of your appointment.

Our procedure of collecting all necessary billing information before your appointment ensures your treatment time is maximized.

We accept direct billing to most major insurance companies, credit cards, and gift cards. This will all be contactless payment - we do NOT accept cash at this location.
