Physiotherapy Care

Physiotherapist performing arm mobilization on a patient lying on a treatment table

What to Expect: Mild Soreness for 24-48 hours following joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, or new rehab exercises. Subtle changes in posture/gait as your body adapts to structural adjustments gained during your session.

DO'S

  • DO perform your home exercise program (HEP) prescribed by your physiotherapist.
  • DO stay well-hydrated to assist with muscle recovery and cellular tissue repair.

DON'TS

  • DON'T push through sharp or worsening pain during home movements—mild discomfort is acceptable, sharp pain is a signal to stop and reassess at your next session.
  • DON'T sit statically for prolonged periods; take short 2-minute movement breaks every 45-50 minutes.
