Fascial Stretch Therapy — FST Care

What to Expect: Mild muscle soreness or stiffness after Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), particularly if tight or restricted areas were treated. You may also notice an immediate improvement in mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. Any post-treatment soreness is typically mild and resolves within 24-48 hours.

DO'S

  • DO stay hydrated.
  • DO enjoy your improved mobility! Move mindfully and pay attention to how your joints feel in daily tasks.
  • DO maintain good posture to help your body adapt to its new joint space.

DON'TS

  • DON'T participate in high-impact or strenuous activities immediately after treatment.
  • DON'T push into painful stretches or force your range of motion.
  • DON'T stay sedentary. Prolonged sitting or remaining in one position for extended periods.
